If you’ve suffered with injuries in the past when training for an event or seem to “hit the wall” at the same distance every time, we can help you figure out why it’s happening with a one on one coaching session.

If you have a particular event in mind and would like some guidance in achieving your running goal we also offer Programming.

Our Run Coaches will design a training program that is custom made for YOU. This will include structuring your week with specific running sessions aimed at building up your strength, speed and endurance.

Having the right training plan in place is a huge step in the right direction for being able to achieve your running goals. However, modern day lifestyles don’t necessarily facilitate perfect running form and performance. So regardless of your experience or ability we feel, and the evidence suggests, that for a training plan to succeed you should also be doing some strength and mobility training.
